CMC Clutch

The CMC Clutch is the latest evolution in rope access and rescue hardware. It enables rope access technicians to do more with less. The Clutch is a muti-purpose device designed for efficient operation, ease of use and optimal control making it ideal for a multitude of rigging operations.

• Stainless steel ratcheting and rotating sheave for efficient and audible progress capture
• Rope loading/unloading is secured with an independent double-latched side plate
• Anti-panic brake and force limiting features ensures operational safety and overload protection
• Aluminium chassis with stainless steel wear guards for lightweight durability
• Integrated becket allows for direct connection of mechanical advantage systems
• NFPA G rated when combined with CMC’s G11 11mm lifeline rope
• Certified to ANSI Z359.4, EN12841/C, 341/2A and 15151/8
• A 13mm version is anticipated
