Ferno Confined Space Rescue Kit
The Ferno Confined Space Rescue Kit (CSRK) is designed for multi-purpose use including:
- Confined space entry and egress
- Rescue
- Working at height
- Work positioning
- Ascent and controlled descent
- As a main or secondary system.
The Confined Space Rescue Kit’s 4:1 mechanical advantage lifting capability allows the operator to reduce the manual handling lift ration to a quarter of the load weight with a manual override for descent.
- 50 m of rope is provided with the system which allows for a ‘working length’ of approximately 12 m lowering or lifting.

Ferno Evac Rescue Descent Kit
Ferno Evac Rescue Descent Kit is the easiest method of rescue on the market. The kit is packaged ready to rescue eliminating rigging set up time.
Each kit contains all the gear you need to self-rescue or evacuate one to two persons from towers, wind turbines, masts, high bay lift trucks, cranes or similar.
A controlled rate descent device with a hand wheel, geared recovery mechanism provides lifting capabilities for either one or two person, self-rescue evacuation. The hand wheel can be operated/turned three ways:
- Via the perimeter of the wheel,
- Via the pull out handle within the wheel or with
- A hand drill to the centre nut to facilitate faster ascent or descent reducing fatigue from manual operation.

Ferno Fall Rescue Plan Kit
The Ferno Fall Rescue Plan Kit s a simple, low cost rescue and retrieval system for anyone working at height or in confined spaces. The pre-assembled Kit is supplied in a heavy duty rope bag – ready to use with tried and proven components for an emergency rescue.
The Kit includes the RALF 3:1 Recovery System which incorporates an integrated brake system that locks / unlocks remotely and is used to raise or lower the victim to safety. The extendable 3m rescue pole twists easily in the hand to allow the wide opening attachment hook to attach to the victim for a swift recovery. Each kit is supplied standard with 15m of working length 11mm static rope, with other customised lengths also available.
