Challenge Pro Standard (VHI CHG PRO)
The Challenge Pro’s universal design makes it suitable for various applications including industrial height safety, EWPs, confined space, rope access work, general rescue and high rope activities.
There are four models in the Challenge Pro Series:
- Standard
- Standard Kevlar
- Challenge Pro with PFD
- Challenge Pro Kevlar with PFD.
All models feature:
- Removable padded shoulder/back panel provides superior comfort and assists with quick and easy donning

Challenge Pro with Integrated PFD (VHI CHG PRO PFD)
This model provides options for anyone working over or near water including wharf workers, stevedores, air sea rescue, shipping and oil rigs. It is also a great harness for any water activities.
The Challenge Pro PFD is supplied with a separate CO2 cartridge that should be installed immediately. CO2 cartridges are deemed dangerous freight items and prevent the Challenge Pro PFD being airfreighted for delivery.
Challenge Pro Kevlar (VHI CHG PROK)
A third model – the Challenge Pro Kevlar – is made from industry leading flame retardant and cut resistant materials that provide additional safety options for welders or hot work applications. Certified to AS/NZS 1891.1:2007.
The Challenge Pro Kevlar is also available with an optional, integrated, flame retardant AS/NZS 4758.1-2008 certified PFD (VHI CHG PROK PFD).

Vertical AOK Sit Harness

Vertical Challenge Sit Harness
The Vertical Challenge Sit Harness is specially designed for climbing artificial walls and for adventure parks.
The harness is designed to efficiently raise the user’s centre of gravity to avoid possible inversion. Lighter than its predecessor, the improved Vertical Challenge Sit Harness features a tie-in point that is raised and pronounced with a high visibility and hard wearing finish.
The harness has contrast stitching for ease of inspection. For further security, it comes standard with a double buckle system so the webbing cannot be unthreaded.

Vertical Edge Harness
The Vertical Edge harness is ideal for top-roping, lead climbing and abseiling. It provides a great option for climbing instructors or corporate clients where greater comfort is desired.
Lighter than the previous version, this particular style of sit harness provides a very comfortable sitting position. The floating waistband, with four gear loops, provides freedom of movement and padded waist and leg straps provide superior comfort when suspended.
For additional safety the Edge Harness comes standard with a double buckle system so the webbing cannot be unthreaded, however, it is also available with an optional traditional single buckle thread back version.

Vertical Gym Harness
The Vertical Gym Harness is a fully adjustable lightweight harness designed to be easy to don, wear and use.
It is especially suitable for gyms, group use and for people starting out in climbing because of its simple and secure buckle system. The waist belt and leg loop buckles are permanently secured so that the webbing cannot be unthreaded. Simply pull on the end of the straps to adjust. This makes the Vertical Gym Harness very safe and provides instructors with a higher level of certainty, especially with large groups or inexperienced people who may not be aware of the dangers of failing to double back normal harness buckles.
